I want to confirm that I am absolutely interested in continuing at the mall and am especially excited about the opportunity to relocate to Space 283 near the food court. I believe that location is a great fit for Pipsqueak Boutique’s family-focused concept and would provide a much stronger opportunity for growth and connection with the right audience.

I understand the lease cannot be transferred to my name until the business sale is finalized, and I’m working with Cristina to complete that process as quickly as possible. In the meantime, I’ll plan to move forward with the application.

As a newly independent, local small business owner navigating a major transition, I’d also appreciate any flexibility that could be extended during this process—whether that’s consideration toward a more accessible lease rate, a reduction or waiver of the backdated rent, or even short-term support to help me get fully established. I understand policies are in place, but any support would go a long way in helping me build something sustainable and successful within the mall community.
